Jessica Kimber Enslow es una mujer de 43 años que luce un cuerpo de veinteañera gracias a sus increíbles rutinas de ejercicio que comparte día tras día en su cuenta de Instagram.

Pero además de su increíble figura, producto del fitness, Jessica ha alcanzado enorme popularidad debido a que parece la hermana de una de sus hijas. Tiene siete.

The ship has sailed ⛵️ on a 2018 New Year’s post for me, 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I’ll spare you my year in review, as I’m sure we’ve all seen at least 200-300 years worth of people’s lives in the past few days! 😂 And so here we find ourselves on a #transformationtuesday & yes, I know I’m 9 months pregnant & in labor with @codyenslow on the left, but as I’ve said before, anyone who thinks pregnancy transformations don’t count probably has never given birth! Not only do you often gain some extra fat, but a woman’s uterus stretches to 500 times it’s normal size, and then returns to its normal size within about a month! Yes, our bodies are so resilient, especially when we take care of them. I’ve realized that if you find something you love, you’re more likely to stick with it! I now know I pretty much hate plyometrics & running, but I love #weighttraining & #cardio on the elliptical. I’m done following the trends & fads that come & go. Thanks to @shaneheugly I know that any form of cardio will work & luckily for me, weight lifting will help sculpt & shape your physique nicely. 👌🏼 Here’s to achieving our goals in 2018! More craziness this week as COPS RAID MY HOME! Yeah. Long story short, the police start banging on our doors and windows around 10:00ish pm. My husband was sleeping and freaked so he called 911 {Yes, he called the cops on the cops 😂} they tell us they have a search warrant, so we should probs open the door. 👍🏼 So we let them in & the first thing they say to my husband is, “So, you know that lady you were with on Saturday?” I’m like thinking, “WTH??? You were with another woman!!?” But the cops continued, “She was drawing blood for your life insurance, and she said she saw a dead body and some blood in your basement. Apparently, my son was asleep in his bed and she saw him and thought he was dead, so she reported it. 👌🏼💀 They searched the house found nothing and everyone went on their merry way. 😅 I asked my hubby why he would have the nurse do the assessment in our basement instead of the main level, and he said he wanted to surprise me and didn’t want me to see her there. Surprise me? 2015 NO WEIGHT TRAINING 🥞 vs. 2017 YES! WEIGHT TRAINING 🍑 I was going through some pics on my phone the other day and noticed how much difference #weighttraining makes in contouring the body. The nice thing about gaining muscle is you don’t just lose it over night if you reduce your training for a period of time. I haven’t done more than 1-2 #weightlifting sessions until just last week in over 4 months! If you don’t know where to start with your fitness training to achieve your goals, it’s easier to just pick something you feel is manageable and then build on that as you go. My first goal was to lean out, but I completely lost my shape, so I added weight training to help with that. I would highly recommend implementing weights as soon as you can because the results are well worth it! What BUM BUILDING exercises do I like to do? I rarely do free weight squats because, well, I hate them. 🤫 My absolute favorite bum sculpting exercises are wide stance, narrow stance and single leg presses! These make my booty more sore everywhere in that “region” than anything else I can think of 👌🏼 A few other faves are glute kickbacks, glute rope pull throughs & glute bridges 🙌🏼 I typically shoot for 3 sets of 6-10reps, and pick a good weight to exhaust the muscle within that range of reps 😉👍🏼 I’m happy to report I made it to the gym at 6:30 this morning and due to time constraints just did 20 mins hiit & 15 mins liss, but it feels good to just sweat 💦 especially first thing Monday morning! 🤑🤪 • • • • • • #bootyworkout #bootywerk #trainlikeagirl #momswholift #momswithmuscle #fitnessmotivation #mondaymotivation #motivationmonday #gymlife #utah #utahfitness #buttworkout #transformationmonday #transformations #fitspo #utahfitfam #bikiniprep #beachbody #autumn #powerofshe #weightlossjourney #weightlossgoals #abworkout #fatlossjourney #buildmuscle #girlswithmuscle #girlswholift #girlsgonesporty

SUPPLEMENTS || FAT LOSS || APPETITE CONTROL || DIETARY CHOICES … WHAT YOU EAT IN PRIVATE, YOU WEAR IN PUBLIC…I keep coming across these throwback photos & this is one I haven’t seen in years, taken after my first FOUR kiddos were born {circa 2007}. My mom recently sent it to me the other day & it’s crazy to see how much things have changed since then, especially my wardrobe 🙈 Ummm.. hello cargo pants 😂. Most of you may know I take @warriorfuel_supps HERS #preworkout {Code: jessicafit} every morning with breakfast 🍳, whether I workout or not. I realized it gave me more focus, energy, appetite control and I was more productive when I took it first thing. Initially, I took it intending to workout, but that often ended up not happening, inadvertently. I have honestly seen a big difference in maintaining my results since taking a break from training with @shaneheugly compared to the last time I reduced my working out significantly last winter. But keeping it real, when it comes to dietary CHOICES, it’s still important to make good ones! While supplements help our bodies in the ways we intend, they aren’t a substitute for making good health choices, and as we’ve celebrated my beautiful girl’s @laurenenslow bday, I noticed the additional treats and cheat meals have already begun manifesting (probably more to me than others, but if I don’t watch it, even supplements won’t magically conceal them!) But still, I do know HERS Pink Burst has given me a major advantage, tastes AMAZING!! & all @warriorfuel_supps products are made with no fillers or artificial coloring!
